Who Owns Vizwoz.com.Hubz Limited bought the Vizwoz.com business [from Vizwoz Limited] on 6th of August 2010. The Vizwoz staff and management team are now employed by Hubz limited and operate the Vizwoz site on behalf of Hubz Ltd.

Vizwoz.com(owned by Hubz Ltd) owns all materials that appear on this website, including any trademarks, trade names, slogans, logos, designs, graphics, pictures, images, text, content, images or other materials ("Vizwoz Stuff"), including all copyright, trademark, patent, moral rights, and other intellectual property rights thereto. All such rights of Vizwoz.com (owned by Hubz Ltd) are hereby asserted and reserved, and you may not make any unauthorized use of the Content, including using Content in a way that is likely to cause confusion among consumers, using Content in a commercial manner, or otherwise infringing on Vizwoz rights (owned by Hubz Ltd).

Founded in 2008, Vizwoz.com (owned by Hubz Ltd) is a virtual world for boys and girls, aged 11-15. Children can play games; read entertainment features on the latest films, games, music and fashion, and chat and communicate with like minded children who share their hobbies and interests.

It is inevitable children will access the internet to discover the wider world and use the tools it provides to learn and explore. But, this sometimes means they encounter sites intended for adults. That's why, here at Vizwoz.com, our aim is to provide children with a safe and secure online environment specifically for them.

They can create their own avatar to express their own style and identity, buying virtual items in our virtual stores, such as clothes and items to decorate their MyPlace rooms. Our virtual world, polls and forums give them a platform to share their views and opinions with each other in an environment that's moderated 24/7.

At Vizwoz.com, the safety of our users is paramount to what we do. Here are some of the safety steps we take:

1. It is free to register on the site. We ask all children to validate their email address by sending an email to the address they have given us. We also ask for parental approval within 30 days for the children to then be given Gold Member access to the site. Parental approval can be granted by a user following the Upgrade your status steps. 2. All chat and communication between users is moderated 24/7 by a team of moderators using a set of specialist moderation tools. We also use a specialist moderating tool called CrispThinking.
3. Children can read our safety guide, which tells them all about how to stay safe online. Part of our moderation incorporates Report buttons that link to Vizcops (our moderation team) who are on hand to keep children safe and will step in to investigate any problems.
