How do I register?

Registering on Vizwoz is quick and easy. Simply click the Register link at the top of any public website page and you will be taken through a couple of screens before being able to explore our virtual world.

How do I become a member

To become a member you have to pay a small monthly fee. This fee is used to make sure that VizWoz is a safe place to be and allows us to develop lots of new and exciting content, games and events. You can upgrade to member by creditcard or by SMS - all you need to do is follow the simple instructions on the Membership page.

How do I change my personal details

You can change your personal details by logging in and visiting the Account Settings page, editing your details and clicking 'save'. You can do lots of other things from your account settings page too.

Recover a lost password

If you forget your password, you can retrieve it by clicking the Forgot password link in the login box of any website page.

Report abuse or bad behavior

Vizwoz takes the safety of our users very seriously. If you witness bad behavior or bulling of any description, you can report it directly in the virtual world using the Report Abuse button in the control centre. Details of this can be found on the Using Vizwoz page.

Earn Viz Dollars

You can earn Viz Dollars in a variety of different ways, including by playing the games on our site. Visit the 'Earning Viz Dolla section for more information

Stop receiving email newsletters

If you want to stop hearing about our cool new features, games and events, you can opt-out of our communications by visiting the account details page once you are logged in.

Delete my account

We'll be upset to see you go, but if you really really want to delete your account, you can do so by logging in and visiting the account details page. From there you have the option of deleting your account. Be warned though - you can't undo this process - once its done, its done FOREVER! :(
