What does the Registration process entail?
There are two types of registration that enables users to access the site.
Full registration - this process requires all of the necessary information and will allow the user immediate access to the virtual worlds within vizwoz.com.
Express registration - this process is much quicker and allows the user to have a look at some of the site. It does not allow the user access to the virtual worlds and functionality is limited. On a second visit an express registration user will have to go through the full registration process in order to continue accessing vizwoz.com
What are the different types of membership I can enjoy on the VIZWOZ site?
Two different memberships...two very different online experiences...
Basic membership enables users to:
Select from a limited range of clothing and hair styles
Enter and explore worlds and rooms
Public (in-room) chat with others
Send vizwoz messages to their friends
Play games and earn Viz Dollars
VIP membership enhances the VIZWOZ experience so that in addition to the benefits of basic membership you can:
Spend their Viz Dollar in the online store on: Clothes for their Avatar; caps; funky hairstyles; and cool Hover Boards.
As well as customise the GUI interface and gain access to more rooms/games.
How much does it cost to join?
One Month Membership: £5.95 per month
Three Month Membership: £4.95 per month
Six Month Membership: £3.95 per month
Twelve Month Membership: £2.95 per month
How can I pay for my membership?
Debit/credit card: Payment by direct debit or credit card can be made using a secure (SSL) facility payment on the VIZWOZ site.
MEMBERSHIP QUESTIONS
I have forgotten my password how do I get back on the site?
If you go to the log on page and enter your username and answer a personal security question, you will be able to reset your password and regain access to the site.
Can I upgrade my membership?
Yes! Once you have begun to explore the exciting social world of VIZWOZ you will want to explore more and interact with your friends. VIP membership will ensure that you can do just that. Visit www.vizwoz.com/upgrade and your enhanced VIZWOZ experience will begin.
Will my VIP membership be automatically renewed?
No we will not automatically renew your vizwoz.com VIP membership. We know that you will be keen to continue enjoying the benefits of VIP membership so we will notify you prior to your VIP membership expiry by online vizwoz.com message, and email so you will have every opportunity to enjoy vizwoz.com VIP membership uninterrupted!
My membership has expired what happens to the stuff that I have bought for my Avatar
If your membership has expired your level of interactivity will revert to that of basic membership. Your avatar and anything you have purchased for it using your VIP membership will be available again when you upgrade back to VIP membership.
I am having problems with my account, what should i do?
In most instances VIZCOP will be able to deal with issues relating to your online experience and this page should help you deal with other issues that may arise. In the unlikely event that you need to contact someone at vizwoz.com visit the following link www.vizwoz.com/contact where you will find the information that you need.
I am having problems with another member, where can I get help?
If you experience any problems with other members while on the site you should click on the VIZCOP icon which can be found on the GUI (Graphical User Interface) which is to be found in the top right hand corner of the VIZWOZ screen. This will enable you to see immediate assistance from VIZCOP should you require it.
