Who Owns Vizwoz.com. Hubz Limited bought the Vizwoz business from Vizwoz Limited on 6th of August 2010. The Vizwoz staff and management team are now employed by Hubz limited and operate the Vizwoz site on behalf of Hubz Limited.

Hubz Limited owns all materials that appear on this website, including any trademarks, trade names, slogans, logos, designs, graphics, pictures, images, text, content, images or other materials ("Vizwoz Stuff"), including all copyright, trademark, patent, moral rights, and other intellectual property rights thereto. All such rights of Hubz Limited are hereby asserted and reserved, and you may not make any unauthorized use of the Content, including using Content in a way that is likely to cause confusion among consumers, using Content in a commercial manner, or otherwise infringing on Vizwoz rights.

In order to qualify for a membership on Vizwoz, you must accept the following terms and conditions. You should review these with your parents. Parents who grant permission for their children to use Vizwoz.com also need to adhere to these terms, and make sure that their children do as well.

About Vizwoz.com. Vizwoz.com, this web site, related Vizwoz merchandise and all associated activities (we call all that "Vizwoz.com") is an online service operated owned and managed by Hubz Limited. When we say "we", "us" and "our" below we mean Hubz Limited.

Using Vizwoz.com. When you create a Vizwoz.com account, you understand and agree that the materials are created from content provided to you by Vizwoz.com, and that Hubz Limited continues to own that material. We do not promise that you will always be able to access your account, or other information on the site. When you use Vizwoz.com, you must follow the Rules, including in your Submissions. The Rules are reiterated below - and expanded to give you more detail - for your reference:

Don't Break these Terms! If we think you have violated these Terms, or have otherwise broken the law or behaved inappropriately, we may terminate your account. We reserve the right to monitor any and all Submissions, and reserve the right to remove or to refuse to post any Submission. However, we do not necessarily monitor any materials posted, transmitted, or communicated to or within the Site.

Be Respectful of Other Users! Don't bully people, swear, or do anything inappropriate to make people feel uncomfortable. You may be joking, but people can get upset. This means that you can't put anything on the site that is mean, illegal, or might hurt someone, (we sometimes call this stuff "unlawful, harmful, tortuous, defamatory, libelous, obscene, invasive of the privacy of another person, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful, racist, infringing, or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate"). You also can't include anything that infringes the rights of a third party, including that party's trademark, copyright, patent, trade secret or other intellectual property rights. You can't register as your screen name as a bad word, your own name, or someone else's name (so please, no "David Beckhams" or "Kelly Clarksons"!). You also can't include in your Submissions viruses, malware or illegal materials. If you break this part of our Terms, we reserve the right to take appropriate action to remove the information from Vizwoz.com and, if necessary, to delete your account.

Don't Give Out Information About Yourself! Never share your real name on the site, or anyone else's for that matter. When you pick a screen name, pick a made up name. You can't include in your Submissions anything that contains personal information about yourself or another person. When using the site, you also can't make up stuff about yourself. Only give us your real info, and don't pretend to be someone you aren't, whether it is a real person, or a person you made up

No Cheating Allowed! This doesn't just mean follow these Terms, but also to be honest and truthful. If we ask you your age, you have to tell us your real age. Don't try to get around the security measures that we may have in place on the site. Don't try to interfere with someone else's use of the site, or try to get or use their screen names or passwords.

VizDollars VizDollars are the virtual currency used on Vizwoz.com. You can be rewarded with VizDollars by taking part in activities on the site and by buying VizDollars using one of the payment methods on offer. Vizwoz virtual currency (VizDollars) will expire after 12 months of purchase unless they have been used by the user.

Going Offsite... be careful out there! From time to time, Vizwoz.com may provide links to third party websites. Those links are provided as a service to our users. We do not sponsor or endorse those third parties, nor do we control their activities. You should review any website terms and conditions, privacy policies, and other disclosures that those sites provide before interacting with those third parties, or providing them with information about yourself.

Personal Information. From time to time Vizwoz.com may ask for or you may choose to submit personal information on Vizwoz.com. Information you submit will be used as described in our Privacy Policy.

Be Careful! Vizwoz is engaged in the business of providing an entertainment and information service, and as part of its services may be transmitting, storing, retrieving, hosting, formatting, or translating third party communications, including Submissions. The views expressed in any Submission are the views of the individual contributors and not those of Vizwoz.com unless specified otherwise by Vizwoz. Miscellaneous. Hubz Limited acts as principal on its own account and not as agent for you or any other person. In the event that any part of these terms and conditions is held to be unenforceable, such part will at our option be construed as far as possible to reflect the parties' intentions and the remainder of the provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Our website, Vizwoz.com, is operated, owned and managed by Hubz Limited, a UK company with offices at Unit 307 The Argent Centre, 60 Frederick Street, Birmingham, B1 3HS, United Kingdom.

After registering with a validated email address, kids are allowed to enter the site. We also request parental approval by email or post and if it is not received within 30 days we disable the child's account.

On this site, with parental permission within 30 days of registering, kids can participate in a virtual online environment, giving them the opportunity to create an avatar, customise it, communicate with others, play games, enter competitions, purchase digital clothes and items for their avatars.

In this policy we describe what information we collect, how we collect it, and what we do with it (the policy covers only information collected and used on Vizwoz.com).

What Information We Collect And How We Collect It

Registration

When users register on Vizwoz.com asks them to select a screen name, a password and to provide his or her email address, the child's birth date, gender, and country of residence. Vizwoz.com requires users to provide a parent or guardian's email address in order to purchase items on Vizwoz.com.

In order to use this Web site, we request certain personally identifiable information (PII) from you on the registration form, including a user name and password. During registration you are required to give contact information such as an email address. We use this information to contact you about the services on our site in which you have expressed interest. Occasionally, Vizwoz.com sends out updates regarding new site features, via parent announcements and our newsletter. We also need to contact you regarding any Customer Service queries you submit, such as password retrieval.

As part of the registration process, we require demographic information (gender, country of residence and birth date); we encourage you to submit this information so we can provide you with a more personalized experience. We limit the information we collect, both actively (i.e., what we ask kids) and passively (what we collect through use of web tracking mechanisms like 'cookies') to that which is necessary for kids to take part in a particular Vizwoz.com activity.

Hubz Limited is the sole owner of the information collected on Vizwoz.com. We collect personally identifiable information from our users at several different points on our Web site including registration and Customer Service contact queries.

We use other third parties such as an SMS service provider and a credit card processing company to bill you for goods and services. How We Use the Information We Collect

Vizwoz.com uses the parent or guardian's email address to notify parents that their kids have created an account on Vizwoz.com. In that initial notice, parents are provided with details about Vizwoz.com and how their kids can use Vizwoz.com. Parents are required to provide their consent before their kid's are able to buy items on Vizwoz.com. If there is no parental consent given within 30 days - by clicking on a confirmation link, or by signing and returning a printed copy from Vizwoz.com - users will be unable to access the site.

Upon activation of an account, the information submitted will be used by us to create a personalized avatar and will allow the registered user to participate on the Vizwoz.com website, which contains a variety of interactive community features. Vizwoz.com users can make friends only by clicking on another users avatar and viewing their Vizwoz.com avatar screen name. The recipient must accept the invitation before the two can communicate. We provide links to third party websites. Once users leave our site through a link, he or she may submit information to a third party, over whom we have no authority or control, and who may have different information collection and use practices. Information a user or child submits to Vizwoz.com that relates to his or her account is password-protected. None of our employees nor any automated system will contact a user or parent by email asking for a user or child's login details, password or any other personal information related or unrelated to a Vizwoz.com service or product. If any message claiming or appearing to come from Vizwoz.com or any of its related websites is sent to you asking for such information, please report it immediately to help@vizwoz.com.
