Who Owns Vizwoz.com. Hubz Limited bought the Vizwoz business on 6th of August 2010. The Vizwoz staff and management team are now employed by Hubz Limited and operate the Vizwoz site on behalf of Hubz Limited. When we say "we", "us" and "our" below we mean Hubz Limited.
Hubz Limited owns all materials that appear on this website, including any trademarks, trade names, slogans, logos, designs, graphics, pictures, images, text, content, images or other materials ("Vizwoz Stuff"), including all copyright, trademark, patent, moral rights, and other intellectual property rights thereto. All such rights of Hubz Limited are hereby asserted and reserved, and you may not make any unauthorized use of the Content, including using Content in a way that is likely to cause confusion among consumers, using Content in a commercial manner, or otherwise infringing Hubz Limited's rights.

Vizwoz.com gives you the ability to have controlled interaction with your friends. We have tried to make this a fun and friendly environment, but the environment on Vizwoz.com also depends on you. Our website, Vizwoz.com, is operated, owned and managed by Hubz Limited, a UK company with offices at Unit 307 The Argent Centre, 60 Frederick Street, Birmingham, B1 3HS, United Kingdom.
After registering with a validated email address, kids are allowed to enter the site. We also request parental approval by email or post and if it is not received within 30 days we disable the child's account.
On this site, with parental permission within 30 days of registering, kids can participate in a virtual online environment, giving them the opportunity to create an avatar, customise it, communicate with others, play games, enter competitions, purchase digital clothes and items for their avatars.
In this policy we describe what information we collect, how we collect it, and what we do with it (the policy covers only information collected and used on Vizwoz.com).

What Information We Collect And How We Collect It
Registration
When users register on Vizwoz.com asks them to select a screen name, a password and to provide his or her email address, the child's birth date, gender, and country of residence. Vizwoz.com requires users to provide a parent or guardian's email address in order to purchase items on Vizwoz.com.
In order to use this Web site, we request certain personally identifiable information (PII) from you on the registration form, including a user name and password. During registration you are required to give contact information such as an email address. We use this information to contact you about the services on our site in which you have expressed interest. Occasionally, Vizwoz.com sends out updates regarding new site features, via parent announcements and our newsletter. We also need to contact you regarding any Customer Service queries you submit, such as password retrieval.
As part of the registration process, we require demographic information (gender, country of residence and birth date); we encourage you to submit this information so we can provide you with a more personalized experience. Vizwoz.com uses the parent or guardian's email address to notify parents that their kids have created an account on Vizwoz.com. In that initial notice, parents are provided with details about Vizwoz.com and how their kids can use Vizwoz.com. Parents are required to provide their consent before their kid's are able to buy items on Vizwoz.com. If there is no parental consent given within 30 days - by clicking on a confirmation link, or by signing and returning a printed copy from Vizwoz.com - users will be unable to access the site.
Upon activation of an account, the information submitted will be used by us to create a personalized avatar and will allow the registered user to participate on the Vizwoz.com website, which contains a variety of interactive community features. Vizwoz.com users can make friends only by clicking on another users avatar and viewing their Vizwoz.com avatar screen name. The recipient must accept the invitation before the two can communicate. We provide links to third party websites. Once users leave our site through a link, he or she may submit information to a third party, over whom we have no authority or control, and who may have different information collection and use practices.
